Existing Servitudes
The selling considers the farm Weinsberg, land: approx. 27,3 hectares farmland, of which approx. 21,6 hectares are planted with various cultivars of vines (white cultivars: Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, red cultivars: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz). The rest of the farm is pastures, dams, roads and all building structures, namely houses and stores.
2 Boreholes with working pump-installation deliver tap-Water for domestic use (potable water) Capacity: borehole No. 1 for Main House: borehole No. 2 for Workers and eventually Animals
2 Storage Dams for irrigation of vineyards:
- Big Dam with pumpstation delivering water to every corner of the farm at necessary pressure for microjet irrigation
